You will find us in Neplachov, a village located in the very centre of South Bohemia, Czech Republic. The village is located between the towns Veselí nad Lužnicí and České Budějovice and very close to the international Road E55. The Apartment House is located directly in the centre of the village surrounded by buildings build in the traditional rustic architectural style. As well our house is build in this style, however, completely renovated during the years 2008 and 2009 so that the premises can serve its new purpose. Five apartments of different size were created and are ready to welcome first guests. We are sure that together with the additional facilities located directly in the house, you will enjoy an unforgettable holiday which exactly meets your requirements.

South Bohemia is a relatively flat region and therefore very suitable for cycling. There hundreds and in the broader region thousands kilometres of cycling routes. The nature enthusiasts will be pleased by the proximity of forests and ponds often shaping incredible pictures of natural beauty. The unusual amount of historic sights, castles museums and architectonically valuable buildings is a paradise for everybody interested in history and architecture. This all in connection with a wide offer of recreational sports gives you a huge choice of activities for the whole holiday and for everybody.
